The idea began at a 3-day weekend retreat in the Georgia mountains with over 350 participants at the first DROP conference. So many people wanted to attend, but there was not enough accommodations. We realized we had to reach more people and address an overwhelming need to help family, friends, True Health Doctors viewers, Designer Lifestyle clients and 360 Health customers who have pre-diabetes or living with diabetes and unable to lose weight. Birthed out of a desire to help transform the way people live with diabetes and obesity, or prevent it as they are both preventable & reversible, Your360Health began this work!

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
